Green indicates a monitored agent is available, flashing Red indicates the monitored agent is ringing, and Red indicates the monitored agent is on a call.

Yes, each agent can select who is monitored on their phone by marking the contact as a favorite in the Manager Portal. For more details, please refer to the Portal Contacts feature.
