Portal Contacts offers an easy-to-use display of all your individual contacts, including internal extensions and external contacts. Contacts can be grouped by department or marked as favorites for quick sorting. A status indicator shows the availability of all internal extensions. To add a contact outside the VoiceCentral system, simply import them from any device. The contacts pop-up is accessible on any page in the portal for quick access.
